EPTAM has been a vertically integrated injection molding solutions partner since 2005, serving the medical/healthcare, industrial, consumer, and defense industries. We support the entire product lifecycle with rapid prototyping, tool development, validation, production molding, and value-added operations.
Facilities
EPTAM is equipped with 29 injection molding machines. Our production molding machines are, on average, 2 years old.
EPTAM Lancaster, MA facility
Our Lancaster, MA facility features a recently expanded ISO Class 8 cleanroom, with capabilities including a wide range of press tonnage from 28-550 tons. We have invested $2 million in upgrades.
EPTAM Leominster, MA facility
This facility houses two certified ISO Class 8 clean rooms dedicated to thermoplastic and silicone applications, with a diverse range of injection machines from 14 to 120 tons for LSR and up to over 200 tons for thermoplastics.
