Our laser cutting technology offers superb precision and flexibility, ideal for cutting complex geometries in medical components and other high-tech devices. Using Laser Pulse Modulation (LPM) and Programmable Pulse Generator (PPG), we can cut intricate shapes with micron-level precision.

- Tube Cutting 3, 4, and 5-Axis: Handles tube diameters from 0.012” to 1.0”, with wall thicknesses from 0.002” to 0.050” and lengths up to 12 feet. Perfect for catheters, stents, and surgical instruments. Extended lengths of 20-40' can easily be achieved with our specialty group.
