3D Metal Printing
Large and small parts in prototype to production volumes. Expertise in multiple additive technologies which include FDM, FFF, SLA, SLS, and Binder Jet. Delivered with short lead times.
EPTAM has years of expertise producing prototype and production parts using additive manufacturing technologies. This includes small, highly complex parts in 17-4 stainless steel to tight tolerances.
EPTAM operates more than thirty 3D printers, three furnaces, including production and prototype. EPTAM’s binder jet printing system combined with our three sintering furnaces can cost effectively produce a single part to tens of thousands of parts per year. All with zero up front tooling cost. Quick turnaround and production printing in more than twenty-five different materials.
Unique process and capabilities
EPTAM has an expanded 3D printer prototyping and production line. EPTAM employs state of the art sintering furnaces, custom designed to our exact specifications. Industry leading process expertise allows EPTAM to exceed standards in part density and mechanical properties.
Some of Our Work
